Baby Connections is a program unique to Waterloo Region that helps families develop literacy and language skills with their little ones. Participants will receive a kit of resources designed to encourage continued learning and fun at home. 

Changing colours, falling leaves and a world getting ready for winter are some of the things we will explore in this program exploring the outdoors around the McCormick Branch.

Rhyming, singing and movement are all building blocks for vocabulary and storytelling. We've got it all in this engaging programs for ones.  This is a drop-in program.

Discover all the fun of science, technology, engineering and math in this program for curious toddlers. In this interactive and hands-on program we will explore the engineering process from start to finish by testing assumptions, building creations and learning how things work.

This evening storytime is perfectly timed right before bedtime. Wear your pajamas and come to the library for some songs, stories, and play to get the wiggles out before bedtime.

Sensory Tummy Time is a space for babies to interact with others, deepen their understanding of the world around them, and develop fine motor & cognitive functioning skills (sight, sound, touch) all while spending beneficial time on their tummies to promote healthy development. Bringing your own blanket is encouraged.

Enjoy a super special tea party just for dinosaur lovers, featuring teacups, treats and fun activities! Come dressed in your best tea party attire or dinosaur costume.
